KEEPING FIT WITH GYMCUBE*

Hey guys! So I'm currently writing this blog post from Gatwick Airport since I always seem to arrive super early for things so why not make my time productive. A few weeks ago I was introduced to a fitness brand called GymCube, which are essentially an online gym. They kindly let me try out and see what their site has to offer and I can honestly say I've had so much fun with it the last couple of weeks and I'd love to tell you guys more about it.

So how exactly does it work? Basically it's an online monthly membership that costs you £9.99 and gets you access to 100s of workout videos and classes. You've also got fitness and nutrition experts on hand to help you with any queries or concerns you may have. The website is also full of healthy recipes and useful articles to help you with your fitness journey. I love that it helps you keep track of all the workout videos you've done and how many calories you've burnt on average daily/weekly etc. The classes also range from beginners level (1) to the more advances and fitness pros - so you won't be thrown into an "insanity" styled workout from day one. 

My Thoughts

Let me start by saying I hadn't been to the gym in about 2 months since I joined GymCube. I kept saying to myself I'd "work out at home" but that literally consisted of me doing a 10 minute workout with my weights, a couple of squats and then just got distracted and danced to Work by Rihanna. I just get bored, which is why I found GymCube to be so great. You're given so much choice that you're bound to found something you enjoy and so it doesn't have to be a chore spending an hour of your day exercising. For me I've really enjoyed the Boxing & Martial Arts classes, I find myself sweating but not dying either because i genuinely enjoy it - plus now I could probably rival Jackie Chan. If you're someone who can't afford a gym membership or find that your work schedule is just to hectic to get yourself to the gym, then this is the perfect alternative as you can pick and choose when you want to workout, how long for and to your ability!
