So, today marks 3 weeks of 'being' vegan. I put that in inverted commas because I am doing this as part of veganuary and I am still unsure if I will be able to commit 100% to this lifestyle once February rolls around. I've been enjoying the food I've been eating, but have also found that I've had less energy - but more on that on my Veganuary round up. Today we're here to talk about food because ya girl needs some more variation, although I am a creature of habit so if I like a meal I could probably eat it for days straight. If any of you are participating in this, looking to eat a bit less meat or just want to try out new vegan recipes, here are some readers' favourites!
