Hey guys! I've been lacking in the beauty department of my blog lately, so I thought I'd start a new segment and tell you guys my top 5 favourite products from selected brands. Where better to start off than with MAC! - I promise not to make 4/5 of them lipsticks. Here's my first installment and I'd love to hear what you guys think of these products!
5. Mac Studio Fix Fluid Foundation w/ SPF15
This is the foundation I reserve for when I've got exciting evening plans as it's quite full coverage and sometimes leaves me feeling like a porcelain doll. The foundation comes in NC (neutral cool) and NW (neutral warm) tones - in the winter months I opt for NC so I can be sure my face will match my neck, whereas in the summer I can get away with a warmer foundation. That being said I never go higher than NC/NW 20.

4. Pro Longwear Powder
I've been using this for a couple of years and have gone through so many of them! They're great to use straight on to your face or to "finish" your make-up after your foundation etc. I always carry it in my bag incase I need to blot or have had a messy encounter with my lipstick.
3. Mineralize Skinfinish
Originally I was stealing this off my sister when she bought it but then eventually had to buy one for myself when I came back to the UK. I love how you can use this as an eyeshadow but also works as a great highlighter/bronzer depending on the shade you buy! I purchase it in "Lightscapade" and sometimes use it all over my face to give me that summer glow!

2. Haute & Naughty Too Black Lash
I've tried and tested several M.A.C mascaras and this has probably got to be my favourite. I have pretty long lashes as it is, but this one helps lengthen and thicken them without leaving them spidery. It's also pretty easy to remove and doesn't leave clumps!
1. Matte Lipsticks - Taupe / Dubonnet
I do love my MAC lipsticks - so this was pretty hard to narrow down but I decided to go for a day and evening shade! Taupe was a lipstick I purchased in December at the airport and I've been wearing it daily until yesterday because I've sadly ran out of it, but hey 3 months isn't a bad lifespan for a lipstick. Dubonnet has to be one of my favourite dark reds and looks different on everybody, I like that it's not too vibrant so I don't look like the joker but it's not too dark either so I'm not left looking like a blood sucking succubus (although I do enjoy that look sometimes). I also love that it matches my hair colour perfectly!
