Who doesn't love receiving flowers? I think I've only ever been given two 'bouquets' in my life, one from my ex and a single rose from a random man in Rome. Flowers are often just reserved for funerals or 'special' occasions, but wouldn't it be a nice surprise if we gave these out whenever we were genuinely grateful for something, or just to say thank you for being a great person. Sadly I don't have a partner to shower me with chocolate and roses, but luckily Blossoming Gifts got in touch and offered to send me one of their lovely bouquets.

BG provide a range of bouquets, hampers and personalised gifts for all occasions. Whether it's a bouquet of classic red roses or are looking for the perfect Christmas stocking fillers, they have something for everybody. The website allows you to order products up to 4 months in advance and you can arrange the date of delivery so you can be sure they'll be in when they arrive!

I opted for the 'Blueberry Pancakes & Prosecco Gift Set' because who doesn't love receiving a bottle of Vino AS WELL as a lovely bouquet of flowers. They arrived within a day of delivery and came in a sturdy cardboard box and with plenty of wrapping paper so the flowers were in tact. It comes with a leaflet telling you how to take care of your flowers (if you're a novice) and some flower food too. You're instructed to cut each flower by 2cm from the stem which also makes it stand up better if you have a low vase like me - this vase was previously occupied by fake flowers, sad. I love purple and cream duo and it's definately making my somewhat basic living room a lot brighter and livelier. At £35 they are a bit on the pricey side, but considering you're getting a great bouquet and prosecco delivered to your door, it's not a bad deal.

Now here's the part you're all interested in, winning some flowers for a friend yourself! I've teamed up with Blossoming Gifts for one of you guys to win a bouquet of your choice worth up to £35. Below is a generated giveaway tool which allows you to enter in 3 ways, I know you guys hate commenting so leaving a comment isn't compulsory but will get you an extra entry. Becasuse of the nature of the competition, it's only open to readers who have an address in the UK. Your email will be passed along to Blossoming Days for their subscription list and I would love if you could give my facebook blog page a quick follow!

All I want to know for an extra entry, is who you would give your bouquet of flowers to and why? It might just be your American friend who's having a tough day in light of the election results, boo.
