REFLECTING ON 2016 & NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS.
Saturday 31 December 2016
I love twitter polls, they're great for deciding what ice-cream you should buy at Tesco or what hot drink to order at Costa. Sometimes, I just like being nosey as to what peoples opinions are on things, including how their 2016 went. It didn't shock me that 66% of people said 2016 has not been good to them, and with everything that's being going on in the world lately it's not surprising to see why. However, it's unlikely that most of us have have been miserable for 365 days, which is why it's important to also reflect on the positive things that have happened in our personal lives. Hence the point of this blog post.
BEST AND WORST MOVIES OF 2016.
Tuesday 27 December 2016
Hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted something on the blog and with the new year approaching, it means I now have a lot of content in terms of 2016/2017 lists. As I've mentioned before, having an Odeon Limitless card means Lauren and myself spent the most part of 2016 in the cinema drinking free tango ice blasts from our friend with the galaxy sleeve tattoo. Here is a brief list of what I personally thought were the most (and least) enjoyable movies of the year, in no particular order.
15 PEOPLE ON WHAT THEY WISH THEY WOULD HAVE LEARNT AT SCHOOL TO PREPARE THEM FOR THE REAL WORLD.
Friday 16 December 2016
I've had this post planned in my drafts for like a month now, and since I have an hour and a half to kill at the airport now is the perfect time to put it all together. We've all heard about how useless half the things we learnt in school are in the real world, like algebra, measuring the width of a river and how well you can recite all of MacBeth's soliloquy's. So I asked some of you guys to share what you think should be incorporated into those oh so useful PSHE lessons.
BLOGMAS | STOCKING FILLERS & GIFTS FOR UNDER £10
Monday 12 December 2016
December is definitely the most expensive month of the year, I think we all get a bit carried away buying gifts for people and then end up with £15 to our name - or is that just me? Christmas is just 2 weeks away, so I'm sure most of you have done your christmas shopping by now, but incase you're looking for some inexpensive gifts for stockings or for a secret santa present, here is my list of gift ideas I think anyone would love.
BLOGMAS | 15 PEOPLE SHARE THEIR AWKWARD CHRISTMAS STORIES.
Saturday 10 December 2016
Everyone has embarrassing stories regarding their families, so when it gets to christmas and you're stuck with them for pretty much two weeks straight, there's going to be a lot more stories to tell. One of mine has to be the time I walked into my "aunties house" listening to One Direction and was singing Best Song Ever very theatrically, I got to the living room before I realised I was in a completely random house and this old couple were just sat on the sofa staring at me blankly. Here's a couple more - enjoy!
BLOGMAS | 20 PEOPLE SHARE THE WORST GIFTS THEY'VE RECEIVED.
Tuesday 6 December 2016
We've seen the best, but the worst are always more memorable aren't they? I've had someone buying me pyjamas triple my size from Primark, smelly "old lady" perfume, and a christmas songs cd, like what use would that have after the 25th anyway? Most of the people on this list have chosen an alias, ya know incase you're the one who bought them these tragic gifts. Enjoy!
BLOGMAS | 20 PEOPLE ON THE BEST GIFT THEY'VE EVER RECEIVED.
Sunday 4 December 2016
Christmas is all about giving, but we all love receiving a little something to. Most of the time the best gifts aren't worth £££, I love when people remember things that I've mentioned I like and then surprise me with them, or even 5 packets of mac and cheese because I love mac and cheese. I remember being like 12 and being overly excited about an electric singing toothbrush, whilst my little brother preferred the Mickey mouse disney bag his present came in! Now here are some of your favourites.
WHAT I'VE LEARNT IN TWO YEARS OF BLOGGING.
Saturday 3 December 2016
I think this has to be the first 'blog' related post I've ever done, probably because I'm not exactly an expert on being the perfect blogger. I have however come a long way from posting about what I was getting up to in DisneyWorld, complete with typos, slang and really lame jokes. Not that all of that has stopped, but looking back my writing has changed so much over the space of these two years and sometimes I cringe at the way I wrote back then. I've had the opportunity to work with some great brands this year and met some great people, and thought it was about time I shared a post about what I've learnt about being a blogger these last two years!
20 PEOPLE ON THEIR ALL TIME FAVOURITE CHRISTMAS MOVIE.
Friday 2 December 2016
What better way to start than to give you a selection of movies to watch as we build up to the 25th. I used to love watching all the disney christmas movies when I was younger on TV, Santa Clause with Tim Allen, that one with Donald Duck and his 3 nephews repeating christmas every day and tha adorable clip where Mickey and Minnie sell their stuff so they can buy each other gifts, SO CUTE. Here are 20 people with their favourite holiday movies!
NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTS | MY BEAUTY, FASHION AND POP CULTURE FAVOURITES.
Wednesday 30 November 2016
Hi guys! I can't believe it's December tomorrow, I still haven't even bought an advent calendar so I might have to change out of my PJs and go get one, but I'm not sure if it's worth stepping out into the cold for. This month has flown by and I can't believe I'm back in Gibraltar in 2 weeks! It couldn't come any sooner and I can't wait to be at home eating home cooked meals in a warm house. Anyway, here are my November favourites!
15 PEOPLE ON THEIR FAVOURITE WEIRD AND WONDERFUL FOOD COMBINATIONS.
Monday 28 November 2016
I love food, so it was about time there was a food related question of the month up on the blog! The whole idea started when I was eating my perfectly normal Hawaiian pizza and a friend commented on how pineapple does not belong on pizza, which then led to a deep discussion on what weird and wonderful foods we like to pair together that aren't necessarily very conventional. Here's some of the best ones you guys contributed!
TEA WITH GI | A COLLABORATION WITH BLUEBIRD TEA CO
Tuesday 22 November 2016
Considering my blog name, it makes sense that I occasionally feature some great tea companies I stumble upon. I heard about bluebird tea co a couple of months back and was amazed by the interesting range of teas they offer, and we're not just talking your usual chai and peppermint tea! They kindly sent me their brand new christmas range to try and tell you guys about! Here's what I made of their collection.
15 GOOD HABITS WE SHOULD ALL BE ADOPTING.
Tuesday 15 November 2016
Hey guys, I'm back at it again with another list of things to make us all feel fabulous. I always feel like with these posts it may come across like I know everything and you must do what I say, but I write these posts to remind myself of these things and if in the process you guys can relate and decide to take these things on too, then that's my good deed done for the day.
STUDENT COOKBOOK | WHITE FISH SOUP (EMBLANCO)
Thursday 10 November 2016
It's been so long since I've put up a new recipe, I find I'm never patient enough to take photos first or I just think it's something too basic which you all probably know how to make! I've decided to keep this up just so I have an online recipe book to refer to, considering I keep forgetting how to make or forget to jot down the method! So here is a gibraltarian/spanish fish soup that's perfect for the winter months and will be ready to enjoy in half an hour! I know fish soup sounds pretty grim, but this is one of my favourite winter dishes and despite the name it doesn't actually taste that fishy.
FLOWERS FOR EVERY OCCASION | BLOSSOMING GIFTS BOUQUET GIVEAWAY!
Wednesday 9 November 2016
Who doesn't love receiving flowers? I think I've only ever been given two 'bouquets' in my life, one from my ex and a single rose from a random man in Rome. Flowers are often just reserved for funerals or 'special' occasions, but wouldn't it be a nice surprise if we gave these out whenever we were genuinely grateful for something, or just to say thank you for being a great person. Sadly I don't have a partner to shower me with chocolate and roses, but luckily Blossoming Gifts got in touch and offered to send me one of their lovely bouquets.
THE SIMPLE PLEASURES OF LIFE, FOR WHEN YOU NEED REMINDING.
Monday 7 November 2016
So I decided to do this blog tag because I am currently sitting in my freezing cold flat with 3 pairs of socks on, a dressing gown and scarf on and hating life. I would have my mittens on too if that meant I could still type. I almost forgot how dark it gets so soon in UK and I'm definitely not about that life, and I've decided I won't be living anywhere after uni that has an average temperature of under 10 degrees. Rant over, here's a simple list of 30 little things that make me feel #blessed.
TOP CASINOS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
Sunday 6 November 2016
When you think about some of the world’s best Casinos, or even more the best places to go all out when it comes to gambling and having a good time, everyone automatically thinks - VEGAS! Although the city is full of glitz and glams, we often ignore how much our own country has to offer. From London's Hippodrome to the Rendezvous Casino in Brighton, there's somewhere all across the country where you can try your luck and have a good time. And if you are interested in learning more about this, I have found a complete informative catalog about all the casinos located in the UK, which covers places such as Belfast, Bristol and Liverpool, so I definitely recommend you to check it out!
OCTOBER HIGHLIGHTS | MY BEAUTY, FASHION AND POP CULTURE FAVOURITES.
Friday 4 November 2016
I haven't done a monthly favourites post in months, simply because I'm a broke student and buying clothes and make-up has had to take a back seat. Seeing as I never have enough material based on movies, books and beauty alone, I thought I'd group them all into one and do a blog post on things I have been loving this month and share it with you guys.
THE GUIDE TO A PERFECT CUP OF TEA, AS TOLD BY 10 READERS.
Wednesday 2 November 2016
So I've been blogging under the name of Tea With Gi for around a year and a half now, before I went by gianasbananas and obviously, blogged about fruit. In case you were ever wondering why I picked this for my blog name, I basically want you guys to enjoy reading my blog in the morning/afternoon/evening whilst you have a cuppa, which is when I mostly do my blog writing! I can't count the amount of times I've been asked if I blog specifically about tea, I've even had brands send me products and in the note include "we love reading all about different types of teas and cafes". The funniest had to be when I was emailed for a collaboration and the woman literally thought my name was Tea. In the spirit of that, I thought I'd actually make a blog post all about tea, here are 10 people on how to make the perfect cuppa.
THE 3 BEST ONLINE GAMES BASED ON YOUR FAVOURITE TV SHOWS.
Tuesday 1 November 2016
Over the past couple of decades, few popular television shows have been ignored by games developers. The Walking Dead, South Park, Game of Thrones and many other hit series have been given the gaming treatment, so today we thought we’d focus on the best online games based on your favourite TV shows.
OCTOBER INSTAGRAM ROUND UP.
Monday 31 October 2016
I've been meaning to start this blog series for ages. I thought it would be a interesting to actually show you guys what I get up to in my personal life (not like it's necessarily that interesting at the moment) and I can always keep it as a diary for myself to look back on. So here is a little round up of what went down this month!
Either you've become too old for trick or treating and have no younger siblings to chaperone , or are now a full-time adult and can't spend your evening downing bloody Mary's next to the Joker in the pub. Halloween is probably my favourite holiday so I believed it should be spent in the spirit whether you're going out or staying home. Here are some ideas for a fun filled halloween in the comfort of your (or somebody els's) home.
10 MOVIES THAT WILL SPARK SOME SERIOUS WANDERLUST.
Saturday 29 October 2016
The only thing that sucks about autumn is the fact that university takes priority and travelling has to take a back seat for a while, so the best thing to do in the meantime is watch other people having fun on holiday and make plans for next year. My personal favourites have always been those that involve some sort of road trip through America with a sick playlist and a bunch of pals #futuregoals. Anyway here's a list of some of my favourite travel movies that will make you want to drop everything and get on a plane!
THE KEY TO BEING TRULY HAPPY, OR AT LEAST SOMETHING CLOSE TO IT.
Thursday 27 October 2016
It seems that all my deep and meaningful blog posts seem to stem from my sadness. Okay that's a bit of an exaggeration, but the times that I feel upset, angry or hurt are when most of my ideas seem to blossom. After having a bit of a breakdown tonight because of a combination of stress, grieving and anger towards the world, I finally calmed down, turned on some Lana Del Rey and opened up blogspot to create this post. Here's a list of things I've compiled that I think I need to remember once in a while, and for you guys to keep in mind too.
TEA WITH AMY | WHAT'S IT LIKE TO BE A PUBLISHED AUTHOR?
Saturday 22 October 2016
When I made my bucket list for 2016, one of the things on there was to start writing a book, but it's now October and I still haven't got round to it. One young lady who managed to do just that and get it published is Amy M. I caught up with her to find out all about her book Mother's Milk, which is filled with a series of gory short stories to do with motherhood and all about the process of it from beginning to end.
PRODUCT REVIEW | SKINCEUTICALS' PHYTO CORRECTIVE MASQUE.
Thursday 20 October 2016
Hi guys! It's been a while since I've done a product review and the lovely people at Dermacare Direct reached out to me about reviewing one of their new products. I love changing up my skincare products after a couple of months and the Phyto Corrective Masque definitely intrigued me, I mean it's green! If you travel often, are sporty or simply suffer from red face syndrome, then this might be the product you need to add to your shelf.
SURVIVING UNIVERSITY; KEEPING YOURSELF MOTIVATED AND ORGANISED.
Tuesday 11 October 2016
The fact I'm writing this blog post instead of reading my dissertation handbook means I probably need to read this post more than anyone else, but I need to motivate myself too! Having spent a semester away and then going on placement for a year means that my days of referencing and citing journals seems like forever ago, so you can say getting my nose back into an academic book hasn't been the easiest. If you're just starting out or are well into your time at university, here are a couple of tips for time management and getting through uni!
10 PEOPLE CONFESS THE PETTIEST THING THEY'VE EVER DONE.
Sunday 9 October 2016
I'm probably the queen of being petty - all those posts on Buzzfeed relating to petty people are all me. I mean I wouldn't go as far as to throw everyones food in the office away like that guy did because somebody ate his sandwich, nevertheless it was still hilarious to read. Which is why I thought It would be very entertaining to ask you guys what some of the pettiest things you've ever done are. As always, one of my stories is hidden in there somewhere and if you know me well, you'll be familiar with it.
SPENDING QUALITY TIME WITH YOURSELF & ENJOYING YOUR OWN COMPANY.
Thursday 6 October 2016
Being alone doesn't mean you have to be lonely, I consider myself to be quite the extrovert and even though I don't like to be alone with my thoughts for extended periods of time, I do quite enjoy the odd evening or day to myself. I for one find I can't go on a shopping spree if I'm with a friend, I either get bored waiting around for them or feel like they're waiting on me and I can't spend 20 minutes in Urban Outfitters picking up every book. When I moved back to Bournemouth mid September most of my friends still weren't down yet and my housemate Meg was still away galavanting around Canada, so I had to find ways to entertain myself and here are some of the things I found/find most enjoyable and relaxing.
5 THINGS TO GET EXCITED ABOUT IN OCTOBER.
Tuesday 4 October 2016
October is probably one of my favourite months. Mostly because Halloween is my favourite holiday, but also everything just seems to start making sense again and I'm finally back into a routine with University and life in general. If some of you are still feeling a bit glum because summer is finally over and you now have to crack on with work, here are a couple of things to look forward to this month!
HOW I SPENT 72 HOURS IN THE HUNGARIAN CAPITAL, BUDAPEST.
Friday 30 September 2016
I know it's been a while since my last blog post, which is mainly due to the fact that I still don't have wifi in my new flat because a certain X Factor sponsor is taking their time to resolve the issue, so here I am at sat at the University library on a Friday to write this post. If you follow me on social media you may have noticed I spent a couple of days in beautiful Budapest last week before cracking on with my final year of university, and boy was it marvellous! I'd wanted to visit this place ever since I watched Katy Perry's music video for Firework and 6 years later I finally made a point of doing it. So here are my highlights from the trip and some of my recommendations!
12 REALISATIONS OF BECOMING A FINAL YEAR UNIVERSITY STUDENT.
Tuesday 20 September 2016
It's been a while since I've written a long winded blog post as I decided to take a short break from blogging but seeing as I'm currently living in an empty flat with no wifi (yay for hotspots), I thought I'd stop scrolling on Instagram and write about my current situation that is, becoming a fourth year. For the first time in four years it's actually felt a bit bittersweet returning to Bournemouth, perhaps because I spent the last year on placement and the semester prior to that in Florida, so referencing and writing a dissertation is the last thing I want to be doing right now. It's also the first time I've felt pretty homesick and during this time especially I just wish I could be at home with my family (and friends). Any how, let's get on with the point of this post!
EXPERIENCING AN AFTERNOON TEA CRUISE ON THE THAMES*
Monday 19 September 2016
Who doesn't love a good afternoon tea? I must say this is something that I've been enjoying more often since I moved to the UK 3 years ago as of course, it is part of the culture. While there are a lot of theories relating to how the quintessential, British ritual of afternoon tea first started, the one considered true by most experts on Brit culture is that it was started by the 7th Duchess of Bedford, Anna Russel in the early 1800's. During her time period, it was common to only have two meals a day: an early morning breakfast and late evening dinner.
SUMMER EDITION | MY FAVOURITE READS OF 2016 SO FAR
Tuesday 13 September 2016
Summer is definitely the time I manage to get through the most books simply because I get bored of sunbathing at the beach for more than an hour and I spend more time on planes and trains. I never tend to do individual book reviews as frankly I'm not a woman of many words when it comes to analysing them, but I guess a seasonly blog post would work just fine. So here are some of the books I've picked up this summer which I would definitely recommend!
TURNING 22 | WHAT I'VE LEARNT ABOUT LIFE SO FAR.
Sunday 28 August 2016
If you follow me on social media or are a friend of mine IRL - then you might be aware that I turned 22 this weekend (thank you Taylor Swift for making a pretty pointless age seem more exciting than it is) and of course I had to come up with something to blog about. I decided not to throw you a breakdown of my day because it just involved a lot of eating, drinking and eating plants - #monopoly darenight or a summary of the gifts I received, instead here's 22 things I've learnt in the 22 years I've been on this earth.
A COLLABORATION WITH LOTTOLAND | WHAT IF I WON THE LOTTERY?
Wednesday 17 August 2016
When I was around 15, there was nothing more exciting than sitting in the living room at 7pm with my mum watching the Gibraltar lottery and imagining all the things I'd do if we won the jackpot. I think the closest thing we ever came to winning anything was a minor prize of £500, but even then that had to be shared out between the whole office so the winnings weren't anything substantial. Since then I can say I've probably only bought one scratch card and despite having worked in a betting company for a year, I've only bet on the horse races once and only managed to win my money back. I just find it all very confusing, but then Lottoland gave me the opportunity to try all this out online, which is great for us lazy folks!
PRODUCT REVIEW | SECRET SCENT SUBSCRIPTION BOX
Monday 15 August 2016
Subscription boxes have taken over our mailboxes this year, with everything from razors, sweets and flower bouquets all being delivered to you monthly there's no need for any of us to ever leave our houses. Recently I was contacted by Secret Scent Box to share my thoughts on their brand new monthly subscription box service. My initial thought was, great I don't have to clog up my nostrils smelling 20 different scents at Seruya and instead get sent three mini designer perfumes to try out per month so that you can a. change your scent up often and b. figure out what smells you like best before splurging on a 100ml bottle.
SUMMER EDITION | BODY AND MIND WELLNESS TIPS
Saturday 13 August 2016
As summer comes to a close it's your last chance to make the most of your free time and keep your spirits up before you have to return to school/university or if you've been working the whole time, you'll need this even more. I decided to write a blog post all about the little things I do to keep my mind and body at ease both inside and out, and to stop myself going crazy when life gets a tad bit stressful. Play some relaxing music in the background for some added effect.
15 THINGS YOU EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU LEAVE HOME FOR A WHILE
Wednesday 10 August 2016
So as I'm writing this I've come to the realisation that I have just 20 days left in London before returning home to Gibraltar for a week and then back to Bournemouth for my final year of University, hectic huh? So this gives me the perfect time to reflect on what living away from home for the majority of 3 years has been like, and to share with you guys some of the feelings and experienced I've had throughout!
14 DRINKING GAMES TO LIVEN UP ANY STUDENT PARTY
Thursday 4 August 2016
For anyone that's ever been at a house party/pre drinks/pre gaming with me can tell you i'm an avid fan of drinking games to get the party started/alcohol flowing/breaking the ice. Having seen some of my friends take away some of these games to uni etc and not remembering how to play I thought i'd make a handy list of my favourites that are simple, but effective.
THE ULTIMATE LONDON BUCKET LIST FOR ANYONE IN THEIR 20'S
Friday 29 July 2016
I've been in London for 10 months now and I'll be heading back to Bournemouth come September for my final year of university, which means I want to make the most of my time left here and hopefully tick off everything from this list that i've still yet to do! I'm going to include things I've already done on here just to give you guys a complete list of things to get up to if you're visiting the city or planning a move here!
SUMMER EDITION | MY WARDROBE ESSENTIALS WITH MARBLE ARC
Monday 25 July 2016
Hi guys! Sorry for the lack of posts lately - I've been away for 3 weeks in Gibraltar and have been busy working on my tan and catching up with the fam! (and friends, yes I knew that was going to rhyme) Whilst I was over here I met up with Marble Arc to talk about a collab for my blog, I've always loved buying summer pieces from their store and it is one of the best places in Gibraltar for finding everything you need for a summer getaway! Here I've featured some of my favourite pieces as well as what I generally enjoy taking along with me on beachy holidays.
15 PEOPLE ON THE STRANGEST DREAM THEY CAN REMEMBER
Monday 18 July 2016
It's been a while since you guys have shared your stories with me about a certain random ass topic, and I'm always fascinated by the things that people dream about. I myself have endless strange dreams and always forget to write them down, apart from a few that have stuck with me for years. They say that writing down your dreams leads to more vivid ones so hey, I might give it a shot and then come back with a part 2 for this post.
10 IDEAS FOR AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS SUMMER
Tuesday 12 July 2016
I miss the days where my summer consisted of going to the beach with my friends everyday, meeting the most random people and staying out late and ordering pizza. Summer in your 20s is usually spent working, napping or getting wasted on the rare occasion. We're all guilty of promising that this summer is going to be the best summer ever year after year but then nothing changes, here are some ideas to get you off your butt and start making the most of the hotter months!
♡ 5 FASHION TRENDS I'M ALL ABOUT THIS SUMMER ♡
Monday 11 July 2016
So It's been a long long time since I posted a fashion related post, mainly because I haven't had the time or money to splurge on clothes. I fancied a trip to Westfield last week so did a bit of shopping then before heading back to Gib and getting some new clothes sorted for summer! I usually struggle when it comes to keeping stylish in the hotter months simply because I hate wearing shorts and most of the tops I like would be suited to that or jeans - and ain't no body wearing jeans in 30 degree weather. Here are some of the fashion trends I've been digging for this year!
MY SEMESTER IN FLORIDA | 10 THINGS I TOOK AWAY FROM STUDYING ABROAD.
Sunday 10 July 2016
This post is well overdue, seeing as it's been over a year since I spent a semester studying abroad in Orlando, Florida but I reminisce about my time there constantly so thought I'd revisit my time there. Even though I've relocated to London for the year and have had a lot of fun in the process, my time in Orlando was probably some of the best months of my life so thought I'd share a bit more about my time there and what I took away from it.
PRODUCT REVIEW: FRICTION FREE SHAVING*
Thursday 7 July 2016
Finally! A razor that's pretty enough to Instagram, like seriously have you ever found a rose gold hair remover before? That aside, nowadays there's a subscription box for everything (and a lot of useless ones at that) and this is probably one of the most useful ones I've seen! The basis behind Friction Free Shaving (FFS) is that they send you a supply of razors to your door on a monthly basis, so there's no excuse for having enough leg hair to rival your boyfriends or using a razor you last changed on New Years when you needed those silky smooth legs.
10 MOVIE RELEASES TO ADD TO YOUR WATCH LIST THIS SUMMER
Tuesday 5 July 2016
It's been a while since I've done a film related posts and with a lot of lazy summer nights and sleepovers coming up, why not make a list of some movies I've come across on social media that look pretty sick. Most of these will not be shown in the cinema so I guess you're gonna have to be rebellious and stream them online guys.
PRODUCT REVIEW: JAN MARINI C-ESTA EYE REPAIR CONCENTRATE*
Sunday 3 July 2016
It's never too early to start taking care of your skin and especially delicate and defining areas like your eyes! I've never used eye creams in the past so when DermaCare asked if I wanted to review the Jan Marini Eye Repair Concentrate I jumped right onboard! I used about half of this and then gave it to my mum to see what she thought about it too - considering she is significantly older and well, probably needs it more than me. Keep reading to find out my thoughts about the product!
♡ 10 THINGS WE LEARNT FROM SEASON 4 OF ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK ♡
Tuesday 28 June 2016
By now most of you have had the chance to binge watch all 13 episodes if not, then click off this page and go read one of my other motivational posts like this one if you want to avoid a bunch of spoilers. Season 4 of OITNB has been one of the most controversial seasons to date, not just for the show but it's touched upon subjects that a lot of other shows have been scared to discuss. From rape culture to 21st century outright racism - it's explored a lot of issues that are very real and very personal for a lot of people.
